Descripción del puesto The Motion Designer is responsible for producing motion graphics and animations across a variety of media, including animated title treatments, transitions, end-cards, and more. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how content performs across social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and can deliver polished work under tight timelines. They hold themselves to a high standard, integrate into a team naturally, and bring a problem-solving mindset to every project. Responsabilidades Design and animate motion graphics for social media, broadcast, web, and out-of-home campaigns Create animated title treatments, transitions, end-cards, and other video elements Develop static design mockups for approval before moving into animation Build After Effects templates for repeatable production use Collaborate with Creative Directors and other designers on daily projects ensuring work meets creative expectations Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and hitting deadlines Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews Use AI tools to work more efficiently without compromising the quality of the final output Cualificaciones 1–3 years of motion design experience at an agency, studio, or in-house team Expert in After Effects, including MOGRT template creation Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D Highly skilled in animation, particularly type animation, shape layers, and transitions Must have a sense of design and composition Experience creating content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) Strong understanding of production workflows and file organization Up to date on motion design trends and social media formats Familiar with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar platforms — and open to adopting new ones as the space evolves Información adicional We have an AI-based interaction and connection platform called Marcel, which includes e-learning tools such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, offering more than 30,000 courses on various topics where you can train according to your interests.
