This 12-month secondment opportunity is critical in bringing Experian's global People Strategy to life across UK&I. Work that matters – What you'll do

  • Partner across our global Talent, Leadership and Learning community to create high-impact people initiatives
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to co-create solutions in consideration of strategic priorities
  • Use data and insights to shape decisions, identify opportunities and measure the impact
  • Design and embed scalable, end-to-end talent and learning experiences
  • Champion the use of technology to enhance and modernise people solutions
  • Support key areas including leadership development, performance, future skills and Inclusion & Belonging

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment with strong partner management skills
  • Translate data into clear insights and relevant outcomes
  • Experience designing and engaging, scalable people solutions
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of priorities
  • Experience working with diverse, geographically distributed teams

Benefits package includes:

  • Hybrid working - 40% office based (approximately 2 days)
  • Great compensation package and discretionary bonus

  • 25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days. You can purchase additional annual leave.
