ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Plan manpower resource requirement (including redeployment, reskilling and multiskilling) for optimal use of human
• Provide inputs to the HR Policy department during the policy formulation stage
• Coordinate with regional and corporate HR for policy implementation and MIS reporting
• Assist with HOD timely HR services delivery to the employees
