Implementations, Senior Professional

About your role:

As a Senior Professional, Implementations, you will serve as the primary technical contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout certification and integration activities. You will manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, working across technical, network, production, and client teams to support platform readiness, issue resolution, compliance adherence, and successful go-live outcomes. Your work helps deliver accurate, timely integrations that support reliable client onboarding and service activation.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout certification and integration activities on the client certification platform
• Manage the full certification and integration lifecycle, including discovery, specification review, technical setup, issue resolution, product integration, network configuration, and reporting
• Review transaction scripts, message formats, and system responses to provide technical consultation and support payment scripting requirements
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and cross-functional activities to keep implementation milestones on track and support timely project delivery
• Partner with network, production, and other internal teams to support client or vendor testing, connectivity validation, and successful go-live events
• Monitor project progress, communicate risks and dependencies, and manage client and internal team expectations to support target delivery dates
• Ensure specifications, operating procedures, and compliance requirements are followed throughout the certification and integration process

Experience you'll need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementations, certifications, integrations, or client onboarding within payments, financial technology, or a related technology environment
• 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end project deliverables, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and execution against target dates
• 4+ years of experience reviewing technical specifications, transaction message formats, scripts, and system responses for integration or certification activities
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including network, production, operations, and client-facing partners to support testing and go-live readiness
• Ability to analyze technical documentation, identify gaps, and communicate implementation requirements, risks, and status clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience supporting payment processing, transaction certification, or network connectivity initiatives
• Familiarity with client certification platforms, implementation reporting, or production readiness activities
• Experience working with external clients, vendors, or partners in a technical delivery environment

How you'll work:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
• This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range:

$67,500.00-$100,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
