Job Description

Are you passionate about enabling partners to build differentiated solutions that transform customer experience and workforce productivity? As a Partner Solutions Architect focused on Amazon Connect and Amazon Quick, you will work with AWS Consulting and Technology Partners to help them develop, architect, and bring to market solutions built on these services. You will provide technical guidance, develop enablement content, and support go-to-market motions that drive partner-originated business and deliver value to end customers across EMEA.

Key job responsibilities
Experience with Amazon Connect or similar Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions

Hands-on experience with conversational AI, natural language processing, or chatbot development

Knowledge of AI/ML services and how they apply to productivity automation and customer experience use cases

Experience enabling or developing partner ecosystems (system integrators, ISVs, consulting firms)

Experience integrating contact center or productivity tools with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, ITSM)

Familiarity with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform)

AWS certification (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional)

Experience with public speaking, technical blogging, or producing educational content

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in an additional European language

A day in the life
Your days will be varied. You might start by reviewing a partner's contact center solution architecture and providing prescriptive guidance on how to integrate Amazon Connect capabilities. Later, you could be leading a technical workshop for a consulting partner building AI-powered work automation experiences with Amazon Quick. You will spend time developing reusable enablement assets, supporting partners through competency development, and collaborating with AWS Partner field teams to match partner capabilities with customer demand. You will also work closely with AWS service teams, representing the voice of partners to influence product direction.

Key responsibilities:

Provide architectural guidance to AWS Partners building solutions with Amazon Connect (omnichannel contact center, conversational AI, real-time analytics, workforce optimization) and Amazon Quick (AI-powered work automation)

Enable partners to develop technical capabilities, achieve AWS competencies, and create differentiated offerings in customer experience and business productivity

Design and deliver technical enablement content: reference architectures, workshops, hands-on labs, and recorded sessions targeted at partner technical teams

Support partner go-to-market motions by providing technical thought leadership and solution validation for partner-originated opportunities

Collaborate with AWS Partner account teams, professional services, and commercial sales to bridge partner capabilities with customer demand

Build prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concept solutions that partners can replicate and customize for their customers

Represent partner needs to AWS service teams, influencing roadmaps and advocating for features that accelerate partner success

Contribute to the Partner Solutions Architecture community through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and hiring

About the team
You will join the EMEA Partner Solutions Architecture (PSA) organization within the AWS Partner Organization (APO). The PSA team serves as a scale engine for AWS, propelling growth by recruiting, activating, and developing partners. We provide technical enablement and thought leadership that helps partners build and sell solutions on AWS.

This role sits within the Solutions PSA team, which drives AWS growth through differentiated partner solutions in targeted horizontals — including customer experience (Amazon Connect) and AI-powered productivity (Amazon Quick). The team operates across EMEA, collaborating with commercial sales, industry SAs, and the broader partner ecosystem. You will be based in Madrid with flexibility to travel across EMEA to work directly with partners and attend industry events.

Are you passionate about enabling partners to build differentiated solutions that transform customer experience and workforce productivity? As a Partner Solutions Architect focused on Amazon Connect and

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Experience in a technical role within a sales organization
- Experience with automatic contact routing, VoIP and any contact center case management tools

- Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering)
