School Nurse

The nurse assesses, plans, and evaluates health disorders among students and provides instruction in maintaining good health and disease prevention. The nurse must evaluate the physical conditions of students and staff and refer them to appropriate resources as needed. Decisions made by the nurse require discretionary judgment and analysis.
