You’ll lead the charge in continuous improvement, troubleshoot professionally, and bring cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing and scanning.  Eliminate downtime and boost productivity 🧠 Lead Lean and DMAIC initiatives  Spearhead equipment selection and qualification 📊 Track and report on improvement projects  Collaborate across teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency 🧪 Support new product launches and capacity expansions  What We Need from You: 🎓 Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)  7+ years in production environments (FDA regulated preferred) 💡 Expertise in OEE, Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D tech Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change 🗣️ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills   Be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth Apply Now!
