Technical Lead HCM Analyst – Learn & Talent

WSP is expanding HR Shared Services to support different regions through our Manila hub. In this role, you will deliver support through our Operations & Enhancements Track on the Horizon program as Technical Lead HCM Analyst - Learn & Talent

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a deep working knowledge of the Core Oracle HCM system in order to utilize its capabilities
• Provide technical support and deliver enhancements in the primary areas of focus: Learn & Talent including maintaining technical documentation, testing & defect resolution
• Provide advanced level support for questions which could not be resolved by first or second levels of support through our ServiceNow platform
• Undertake independent research in order to provide support, resolve issues, find root cause of unexpected results or process flows; recommend solutions or alternative methods to meet requirements
• Support the Human Resources team in the maintenance of the on-going business processes
• Collaborate with the functional and technical staff from our vendor and business teams
• Recommend Oracle best practices and process improvements
• Analyze Oracle quarterly upgrade for impact and support implementation of new features
• Apply compliance and audit requirements within responsibility scope, provide documentation as necessary and participate in compliance and audit activities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field
• Minimum 6 years of technical experience in systems administration of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) 
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning
• Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
