We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, Inventory & Analytics to own our inventory management and analytics product lines within EDealer. This is a high impact role for someone who understands how dealers acquire, merchandise, price, and sell vehicles in a retail environment, and who can turn that domain expertise into a product strategy that gives dealers the tools and insights they need to move inventory faster, price with confidence, and grow their business.

This is a senior role with significant scope, reporting to the Sr. Director of Product and Engineering. You will be the senior-most product practitioner in the EDealer product organization, setting the standard for how product discovery, strategy, and delivery get done. You will work alongside an established team of Product Owners and Design, and partner closely with Engineering leadership. For the right person who delivers strong outcomes, there is a credible path to expanded scope and team leadership as the product organization grows.

We offer a competitive salary ($140,000.00 - $160,000.00); a competitive bonus plan; paid time off; participation in our benefits, RRSP matching, and life insurance programs; continuous learning; an amazing culture; and so much more!

What You Will Do:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for EDealer's inventory management and analytics product lines, covering inventory ingestion, merchandising, pricing tools, syndication, and the dealer-facing reporting and insights that sit on top.
  • Build deep understanding of the retail dealer workflow, from vehicle acquisition through reconditioning, pricing, online and on-lot merchandising, and final sale, to shape features that help dealers turn inventory more efficiently and make better data-informed decisions.
  • Lead discovery for your product areas through dealer interviews, dealership visits, data analysis, and stakeholder workshops, and establish discovery as a consistent practice across the broader product team.
  • Partner closely with the Data Science team to translate model outputs into shipped product features, turning predictive and analytical capabilities into tools dealers can actually use.
  • Partner closely with EBlock product counterparts to ensure inventory and analytics experiences connect cleanly across the wholesale-to-retail journey.
  • Leverage AI driven development practices, including prompt driven prototyping, to move from concept to testable demo quickly and validate assumptions before committing engineering resources.
  • Define and instrument the KPIs that matter for inventory health and analytics adoption, and use them to drive continuous product improvement.
  • Mentor and develop the broader product team, including Product Owners, raising the bar on discovery rigor, outcome-led roadmap planning, and product craft.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in your product ownership areas and as a credible product voice across the EDealer organization.
  • Present roadmap updates and business cases to senior leadership and key stakeholders, with a clear line from dealer insight to strategic outcome.

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated experience operating at a senior level.
  • Understanding of the automotive retail landscape, how dealerships operate, how inventory is sourced and merchandised, and how dealers use data to run their business.
  • Track record of leading product initiatives from discovery through delivery in a fast moving, cross functional environment.
  • Strong analytical instincts, comfortable working with data teams, defining KPIs, interpreting test results, and making decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience mentoring and developing other product practitioners, with the strategic depth to shape how a product function operates.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for dealer visits and field research as required by the role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences, from engineering partners to executives to dealer principals.
  • Hands on experience with AI driven development practices, including rapid prototyping using tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar.
  • Critical thinking, autonomy, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience with dealer-facing SaaS, automotive retail software, inventory management systems, or analytics products.
  • Prior experience building or scaling a product function, including hiring and developing PMs.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay
  • Medical, Dental & Vision
  • 401k/RSP programs
  • Company paid Group Life/AD&D insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Flexible working environment
  • Continuous Learning
  • And an amazing culture to top it all off!
