Job Description
ABS Group is expanding its AI and Digital Transformation consulting practice in the UK and Europe. This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role focused on growing a pipeline of AI consulting and technology transformation engagements across maritime, energy, industrial, and government sectors.
The Business Development Manager is the primary commercial driver for the AI Practice in the UK. You will identify, pursue, and close new consulting engagements — ranging from AI strategy and roadmap work to full-scale deployments of intelligent automation, document intelligence, custom AI/ML models, and AI-powered chat and decision-support tools. This is a hunter-first role that also requires relationship depth to expand accounts and build long-term client partnerships.
You will work alongside a team of data scientists, AI/ML engineers, solution architects, and domain experts to craft compelling, technically credible proposals that win complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
