Requirements/Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field
· 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, revenue management, or a similar role
· Experience working with large datasets and data-driven decision-making preferred
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
· Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows simultaneously
· Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Strong understanding of KPI management and business performance metrics that drive profitability
· Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, formulas, macros, and Power Query
· Familiarity with SQL or Access highly desired
· Comfort using AI tools for workflow automation, reporting support, data summarization, and forecasting support
