- Assist in reviewing existing contracts and support discussions on contract improvements and standardization initiatives with the Head of Procurement.
- Support supplier onboarding activities, including document collection, verification, and compliance checks.
- Maintain and update supplier records and procurement databases.
- Monitor contract expiry dates and assist in tracking contract renewals to ensure timely action.
- Prepare and organize procurement-related documentation, reports, and records.
- Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers on procurement matters.
- Support the procurement team with purchase requests, vendor communications, and administrative processes.
- Ensure procurement files and records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Perform other procurement and administrative duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
