Field Specialist IV- TRS

The Field Specialist – TRS is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality technical services during offshore drilling and completion operations. The role involves operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting TRS (Tubular Running Services) equipment and tools on offshore rigs, including deepwater operations.

Depending on experience level, the Field Specialist will perform field operations independently, support wellsite execution, and provide technical guidance to junior crew members while ensuring operational excellence, zero NPT (Non-Productive Time), and compliance with Weatherford’s Quality, HSE, and operational standards.

The position requires strong offshore operational knowledge, teamwork, and hands-on expertise in TRS tools and equipment.
