Location: Kohler, WI *This is a part-time, year-round position. Specific Responsibilities Providing quality food and beverage service in accordance to standards Receiving guests’ food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques Ensuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards Following proper food and liquor handling procedures Maintaining complete working knowledge of restaurant layout, proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices. Typical hours are 5:30 am to 12:30 (can extend to 2:00pm or 3:00 pm for brunch)
