Lead Inpatient Clinician, LCSW Social Worker

MAIN FUNCTION: To assist the Director and Manager with issues of service delivery and staff development. Performs duties and responsibilities of a clinician, provides direct and indirect counseling services for patients, provides some supervision to IOP clinicians, and assists in the oversight of daily operations at the Intensive Outpatient Program.
