Position Title: Middle School Mathematics Teacher (Grades 5-8)

Treasure Village Montessori Charter School is seeking a highly qualified and student-centered educator to join our middle school team for the 2026-2027 school year.

The successful candidate will provide mathematics instruction within our multi-age middle school program serving students in grades 5-8. Responsibilities include teaching mathematics courses, including Pre-Algebra and Algebra, monitoring student progress, collaborating with colleagues, and supporting a positive school culture focused on academic excellence and character development.

Qualifications:
• Florida teaching certification in Mathematics (or eligibility for certification)
• Strong instructional background in middle school mathematics
• Knowledge of standards-based instruction and student data analysis
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience teaching Algebra
• Science certification or STEM experience
• Experience with project-based learning, experiential education, or interdisciplinary instruction
• Montessori experience or willingness to learn about Montessori philosophy
