Chauffeur (Driver) – Hillcrest Health & Rehab Location: Hillcrest Health & RehabAddress: 1702 Hillcrest Drive, Bellevue, NE 68005Schedule: Full-Time DaysStarting Pay: $15.50+ per hour, depending on experience Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Chauffeur (Driver) to join our team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE. Hillcrest Health & Rehab is a skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care facility serving aging adults in Bellevue. The community provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and senior services in a warm, supportive setting, with a focus on high-quality care and helping residents and guests feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. What You’ll Get to Do Safely transport residents and guests to medical appointments, community outings, and scheduled destinations Assist residents and guests in and out of the vehicle as needed Provide a friendly, respectful, and supportive transportation experience Maintain transportation logs and follow all safety procedures Complete routine vehicle safety checks Help ensure vehicles remain clean, safe, and ready for use Communicate any transportation concerns, schedule updates, or vehicle needs to the appropriate team members Support residents and guests with patience, professionalism, and compassion What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Dependable, patient, and customer-service focused Comfortable assisting older adults and individuals with mobility needs Ability to follow safety procedures and transportation schedules Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to pass background and driving record checks Previous transportation, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred, but not required STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful Why Hillcrest?
