Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Department Manager in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring safe, efficient production operations.

  • Apply lean manufacturing tools (OEE, 6S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, Visual Management, TPM) to improve productivity, efficiency, and material flow.

  • Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, and layout optimization.

  • Lead and participate in cost‑saving and improvement projects with cross‑functional teams.

  • Perform cost‑benefit analysis for improvement initiatives and support investment proposals.

  • Provide lean and operational training to production teams, engineers, and relevant personnel.

  • Plan and implement production training systems to meet operational requirements.

  • Establish work standards, monitor performance, and support regular performance reviews.

  • Develop and follow through on continuous improvement projects.

  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, Six Sigma, and AutoCAD

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage

  • Background or experience in manufacturing / operations

  • Industrial Engineers are encouraged to apply

Export Statement:
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
