Job Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for performing various tasks involving the movement of materials, production line assignments and wood floor installation in a manufacturing facility. Incumbents are also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by his or her supervisor.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform all work in a safe manner while meeting established quality standards
- Follow all prescribed procedures, standard work, and company guidelines
- Assemble trailer components as directed by the floor supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; properly care for tools and equipment
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and expectations
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and task focus
- Comply with all safety rules and quality requirements
- Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Uphold all applicable OSHA and workplace safety standards
- Perform daily cleanup of assigned work area
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing practices preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a consistent basis
- Ability to safely and repetitively operate hand-held power tools for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements including grasping, gripping, and material handling
- Ability to stand, squat, and kneel for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat and cold
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and improve
- Dependable attendance and punctuality, with reliable transportation
