Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 1.0 FTE, Non-Exempt

Essential Functions:
- Assists with new hire orientation and onboarding process, preceptor development and ongoing unit-based skills education.
- Educates and presents in classroom style events, informal groups, or individual sessions and facilitates educational sessions for clinical education, skills day training, just-in-time training needs, or other identified learning opportunities.
- Participates, consults and facilitates on committees or projects identified by leadership.
- Communicates with leadership team to disseminate information to the clinical team using adult learning principles.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, education, population health, or a related field, required.
Licensure Requirement:
Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy and position-specific requirements. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
Skills:
Competency professional development applicable to care coordination.
Experience:
Three years of care coordination or case management experience.
Physical Requirements:
OCCASIONALLY: Climb stairs/ladder, Computer skills, Decision Making, Driving motor vehicles (work required) *additional testing may be required, Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs, Standing, Walking
FREQUENTLY: Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning, Problem solving, Repetitive hand/arm use
