Interim Sustainability Analyst

Are you motivated by translating sustainability into real business value and driving progress across an international organisation? We are looking for a structured and reliable sustainability professional to join LEMAN on a fixed-term assignment. This role offers the opportunity to work at Group level, supporting key sustainability initiatives across commercial, operational, and leadership teams. The role You will play a central role in maintaining momentum on our key sustainability workstreams and connecting sustainability with commercial priorities. Your focus will include: Translating sustainability into customer value by supporting commercial teams with stronger, differentiated tender responses Developing and operationalising eco transport solutions in close collaboration with internal stakeholders In addition, you will: Coordinate sustainability communication across the organisation Deliver sustainability training Support validation of our Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) targets Your profile You bring a structured and pragmatic approach, with the ability to work across functions and engage stakeholders at different levels. We expect that you: Have an interest or initial experience in commercial sustainability Understand how sustainability links to business and customer value Communicate complex topics clearly Have a solid understanding of sustainability frameworks and regulatory developments Experience at Group level, with SBTi, or within logistics/supply chain is an advantage.
