We are looking for a
Product Manager, Spare Parts
In this position you are responsible for product management of spare parts for a selected equipment portfolio, ensuring lifecycle performance, availability, and profitability of the assigned products. You will collaborate closely with product development, sourcing, service operations, and sales teams across global markets, translating customer and business needs into actionable product strategies.
You will play a key role in defining spare parts offerings and portfolio optimization. Responsibilities include analyzing installed base data, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting go-to-market activities for new and existing products.
You will report to the Portfolio Director and contribute to the overall success of the spare parts business by ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer expectations. The role is based in Finland, in Iisalmi. You also have the chance to work remotely from Kuopio.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
Oversee product life cycle for spare parts from creation to ramping down equipment
Define product categorization for spare parts
Responsible for maintaining spare part data
Spare Parts requirements development together with R&D
Work closely with equipment production team developing spare parts offering for new equipment
Develop parts offering to increase share of customer wallet
Improve the spare part value proposition
Provide product-related internal training and sales support
Supporting Sales Areas with spare part sales
Colleting feedback and defining action plans for improvement
To shine in this position, we hope you to have:
5+ years of working experience with a proven track record of successful Spare Parts Business
Technical background in the machinery industry or other service-driven industry
Strong networking and collaboration capabilities
Understanding of data systems and data management
Good communication and presentation skills
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to handle stressful and complex situations
Experience working in a multinational company and matrix organisation; international experience is a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
