Position: Talent Acquisition Intern (Leading to Talent Acquisition Officer)

Department: Human Resources

Location: Kharian

Employment Type: Paid Internship (3 Months) Leading to Job Acquisition.

Job Summary:

ACE Money Transfer is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, employer branding, and candidate engagement activities. High-performing interns may be considered for the Talent Acquisition Officer position based on performance, business requirements, and successful completion of the internship program.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Process applicants on the application tracking system.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
  • Support LinkedIn sourcing and talent pipeline development activities.
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  •  Participate in career fairs, university outreach programs, and recruitment events.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support HR projects and perform other assigned recruitment-related tasks.
     
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or final semester) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR practices is preferred.
  • Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
