Position Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute annual internal and external training initiatives aligned with institutional bancassurance and partner channel growth strategies.
  • Address external partner channel training demands through the development and delivery of premium-tier educational programs.
  • Coordinate organization-wide, tiered sales training to strengthen workforce competencies in support of institutional and channel talent development mandates.
  • Spearhead end-to-end onboarding for high-caliber new recruits within institutional bancassurance and strategic partner channels.
  • Collaborate with headquarters on curriculum architecture and deployment; where team members report directly, cultivate and manage a certified pool of part-time instructors.
  • Orchestrate new product launches and assume responsibility for associated training rollouts and promotional material packaging.
  • Maintain full compliance of all training activities with applicable regulatory standards and internal governance protocols.
  • Deliver against performance benchmarks and capability expectations established by Group Bancassurance and regional channel leadership.
  • Execute ad hoc assignments delegated by senior management

      Required Qualifications:

      • Holds a full-time bachelor’s degree or above, complemented by a minimum of five years’ experience in the insurance sector with a focus on learning and development.
      • Demonstrated experience in training programs for foreign-invested banking institutions or key account sales teams is strongly advantageous.
      • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level competence in Excel and the development of executive-grade presentation materials.
      • Proven capability in instructional delivery and end-to-end design of structured, outcomes-driven training curricula.
      • Exhibits exceptional organizational acumen, interpersonal communication, and cross-functional coordination skills; consistently delivers high-quality work with diligence, precision, and efficiency; maintains a solutions-oriented mindset, rapid learning capacity, and sustained commitment to role objectives.
      • Competent in professional-level English reading and writing

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Attainment rate relative to the annual Annualized Premium Equivalent (APE) plan;
      • End-to-end implementation and facilitation of internal and external learning interventions;
      • Strategic design and development of mission-critical training curricula;
      • Systematic upskilling and performance enhancement of the salesforce
