Center Director (Early Childhood Education)- Hayward

Under the direction of the Area Manager, the Early Childhood Impact (ECI) Center Director oversees the daily operations of the child development center, including infant, toddler, and preschool programs. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high-quality, inclusive programming, and performing related administrative duties. This position requires a valid California Child Development Site Supervisor or Program Director Permit and aligns with the YMCA of the East Bay’s mission, policies, and goals.
