Job Description: 

• Prepare user guides, release notes, and other support materials

• Develop innovative web-based tutorials

• Interact with customers to explain complex technical issues

• Communicate customer feedback with software development teams  to help design a better product

• Prepare responses to RFPs and other business proposals

Job Nature: Full-time

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English

• Creative and analytical writing skills

• Eagerness to explore, learn, and critically evaluate emerging technologies for practical business use

• Familiarity with commonly used AI tools and platforms

• Bachelor’s in CS / CSE / EEE / English Literature or similar fields preferred

• Attention to detail and a drive for quality
