Role Overview
Interactive Designer: responsible for designing interactive creative formats within programmatic advertising, adhering to defined technical specifications. The role involves building and adapting HTML5 banners using tools like Google Web Designer, video assembles, static graphic adaptations, creation of reusable creative templates developing engaging formats, while leveraging proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
The key responsibilities for the role are:
- Design programmatic formats across multiple channels on a variety of sizes and extensions, including display, video, DOOH, TV using tools like Adobe Suite and Figma.
- Build programmatic formats across multiple channels on a variety of sizes and extensions, including display, video, DOOH, TV using tools like Google web designer and online platforms like Celtra.
- Ensure the programmatic formats comply to the specifications required for each channel, considering weight, duration, size, resolution and clicks/links.
- Build creative templates for dynamic campaigns.
- Set up and/or upload creatives to adservers like Campaign Manager.
- Tracker implementation for creatives that require them.
- Set up dynamic campaigns for programmatic in adservers like Choreograph and Campaign Manager.
- Work with development team in creative implementations.
Skills & Experience
- Professional in graphic design, advertising, or related fields.
- 2 years in advertising/media agencies.
- Proficiency in banner production tools like Google Web Designer.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Basic handling of Google and Microsoft suites for file management: spreadsheets, presentations, documents.
- Conversational English.
Expected outcomes:
- Deliver programmatic formats that work correctly for the intended platforms/environments.
- Proficiency adapting graphic materials of a campaign visual into multiple formats and/or sizes.
- Independency sorting assigned tickets for formats build.
- Adaptability to work for multiple brands and markets.
- Adserver management and tracking implementations.
- Dynamic campaigns management.
- Familiarity with the multiple formats of programmatic offered by the Creative Services team.
- Rely on WPP AI models for optimized processes.
