Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authorization letters and other letters related to the BT businesses and propose for authorized signatures.
  • Sort, file, and maintain hard copy and electronic records of supplier tax invoices to support compliance with Thai tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for any dispute in invoices and payments.
  • Issue withholding tax certificate and courier to suppliers.
  • Contact the bank to support cheque deposit process.
  • Issue receipts and tax invoices for selected business and customers in a timely and accurate manner (customer bill placement).
  • Sort, file, and maintain hard copy of company sales invoices to support compliance with Thai tax regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administrative or related fields
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, or administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fair command of English for effective communication
