Job Description

The contract analyst will be responsible for:

·         Review and draft agreements, mainly related to service contracts, identifying clauses that may pose risks to the company.

·         Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and policies.

·         Actively participate in meetings to negotiate contractual clauses, especially related to REPSE in service agreements.

·         Provide support to the service and sales team with corporate documentation.

·         Manage guarantees required in service contracts.

·         Serve as a key interface between the business and the corporate legal department.

Basic Qualifications
Good writing and communication skills
Advance English
Bachelor’s degree in law
