As a Cruise Manager, you are the driving force behind the onboard experience—orchestrating every detail, leading with confidence, and creating seamless, memorable journeys from embarkation to disembarkation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the end-to-end onboard guest experience
- Serve as the central point of contact between guests, crew, and shore teams
- Deliver engaging briefings, host events, and curate daily programming
- Oversee and accompany excursions, ensuring high-quality execution
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve challenges with professionalism and speed
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (required)
- Proven success in hospitality, luxury travel, events, or guest services
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and direct teams
- Highly adaptable, experienced in engaging diverse global audiences, with a guest-focused mindset
- EU residency and work authorization (required)
- Other language speaking skills are a plus
