Receptionist/Fitting Room Associate

The Receptionist/Fitting Room Associate position is responsible for all aspects of customers’ needs while in the fitting room. This includes: being accessible for questions as it relates to product location, price, and use of merchandise. This also includes answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate area. This position will provide superior customer service to all customers and within the Scheels team. This position will represent Scheels as a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable professional.
