In one sentence

This is a senior and highly accountable position, with end-to-end ownership of the Company’s external financial statements processes and close collaboration with senior Finance leadership and key stakeholders, while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and operational excellence.

What will your job look like?

• Leading the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements submitted to the SEC
• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements
• Working closely with Corporate Legal and other corporate units, and presenting to senior Finance management
• Partnering with external auditors throughout the audit and approval processes

All you need is...

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• 4-8 years’ experience in one of the "Big 4" Accounting Firms , or
• 2-4 years’ experience in one of the "Big 4" Accounting Firms and 2-4 years’ experience as a Controller/Assistant Controller in a global-wide high-tech company
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Advanced ERP experience (Oracle advantage)
• Extensive knowledge in the areas of regulatory compliance and GAAP accounting standards, including 404 SOX requirements
• Strong accounting orientation
• Very good communication skills
• High level of precision, diligence, and attention to detail
• Strong accountability and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Knowledge and experience in US GAAP and SEC regulations is an advantage
• Proven managerial experience, with the ability to build and develop a team
