(Readvertisement) Local Consultancy: PMNP Nutrition Consultant for Capacity Building and Third Party Verification

UNICEF Philippines is seeking a consultant to support the Manila-based PMNP team in operationalizing and coordinating the Integrated Supportive Supervision and Mentoring (ISSM), with a particular focus on Nutrition, Primary Health Care, and Nutrition Leadership and Governance at the subnational level. The consultant will also provide technical and operational guidance to field teams in implementing verification protocols to ensure rigorous and sound assessments during the conduct of Third-Party Verification activities in selected sample PMNP LGUs. Together, these efforts will help ensure the effective implementation, validation, and consolidation of key project outputs, ultimately contributing to the timely and well-coordinated closeout of the PMNP.
