Job Description
Must be very friendly, outgoing, professional and enjoy working with others. Must be able to process large amounts of data entry in a timely manner. Skills include in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to handle a multiple-line phone system. The candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and efficient. Previous knowledge in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Ability to answer multi line phones & take accurate messages
- A minimum of light clerical experience required
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, as assignments may vary
- Excellent oral & written communication skills a MUST
- Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, changing environment
- Excellent customer service skills
