DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR - COLLEGE OF MEDICINE

Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement, the Development Coordinator is responsible for alumni and donor engagement and stewards all donors to and alumni of the OU College of Medicine. The coordinator supports the COM Advancement Team through alumni engagement and outreach, data analysis, donor relations and event planning, and assists the executive director with special projects.

In coordination with Foundation colleagues, this professional will support the planning of the following College of Medicine events:

Alumni Day Reunion activities White Coat/Stethoscope Picnic Regional alumni gatherings

Scholarship receptions OU/TX engagement opportunities Stanton L. Young Master Teacher Dinner

Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, public relations or related degree, and at least one year of post-collegiate professional experience required. Experience in a nonprofit environment, fundraising, customer service, event planning or sales, and familiarity with CRM (donor database) preferred.

Please note that this is an on-site role in Oklahoma City.
