What we look for:
Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree from relevant life sciences studies (medicine, pharmacy, or other clinical discipline), graduating in 2025–2026
Scientifically driven, patient-oriented, and passionate about advancing healthcare through science
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate scientific information for diverse audiences
Demonstrated leadership, project, research, or organizational experiences with the agility to thrive in dynamic environments
Adaptable and eager to learn, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and new challenges
Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments
Willing and able to travel domestically
Program Journey:
As an IN-MOTION Trainee, you will embark on a one-year rotational journey across multiple therapeutic areas within Medical Affairs. Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on experience through project-based assignments, field shadowing opportunities, and close collaboration with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams.
Supported by a dedicated mentor, you will continuously develop your scientific, strategic, and stakeholder engagement capabilities while building a strong foundation for future opportunities as an Associate Medical Scientific Liaison.
