Development Officer

Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and connecting donors to impactful causes? The Mustard Seed is seeking a Development Officer to grow and steward a portfolio of individual and family donors.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Development & Government Relations, this role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospects, cultivating trusted relationships, and securing philanthropic support. Managing a portfolio of 150+ donors, the Development Officer works collaboratively across teams to strengthen engagement, increase giving, and advance the mission and priorities of The Mustard Seed through strategic outreach and thoughtful stewardship.
