Quality Assurance Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH   Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the non-clinical interactions for satisfaction and compliance according to specified policies, thresholds, and procedures.
