We are looking for an IP Renewals SME to join our team of IP professionals and play a key role in protecting our clients' most valuable assets. In this role, you'll act as a trusted expert, managing complex patent, trademark, and design renewals while helping to ensure exceptional quality and service delivery. You'll collaborate with colleagues across teams, support process improvements, provide guidance and training, and contribute to protecting intellectual property portfolios for some of the world's leading organizations. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
2 years of experience in a relevant IP field
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience
Proficient level of English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
It would be great if you also have . . .
Paralegal qualification or IP training/certificates is a plus
Knowledge of additional foreign language
What will you be doing in this role?
Update and maintain details of the renewal of clients' IP rights within Clarivate’s IP management systems and communicate with customers and internal teams especially for critical clients/complex tasks involving lapse or financial impact across all parts of the renewal cycle.
Perform quality checks on tasks performed by IP Analysts and Senior IP Analysts as part of and share feedback with concerned colleagues, including corrective action when needed.
Take responsibility of key process controls and safety net reports to reduce risks of lapses, financial losses, and customer dissatisfaction due to delays or incorrect actions.
Analyze and respond to client correspondence, including high complexity requests or complaints, and participate in calls with customer care or clients to explain our processes.
Validate and pay agent Invoices related to renewal services accurately and timely and process financial reconciliations of accounts for agents covering multiple jurisdictions.
Perform effective work allocation based on skillsets available in the team and monitor completion of urgent tasks.
Provide training to new hires on process tasks and activities and share procedure updates in a timely manner, along with updating process procedure documents in consultation with team manager or IP leads.

This is a full-time position, CET working hours. This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
