Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Sales & Operations Support Associate to provide administrative and operational support to the PEO sales team, business consultants, and clients. This role is essential for maintaining momentum in business development, client communications, and internal coordination.
πKey Responsibilities π Sales Support: Prepare proposals, service agreements, and onboarding documents. π Business Development: Track opportunities and manage client prospects. ποΈ Client Coordination: Draft/send emails, ensure timely follow-ups. π€ Onboarding: Coordinate with Implementation teams, ensure compliance in contracts. π» CRM Management: Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce/ClientSpace.

Requirements -1β3 years of experience in operations, business coordination, or administrative support in sales. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce, ClientSpace preferred). -Strong written and verbal communication skills (C1 English). -Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
