Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end technical program management of complex, multi-functional programs, from planning and delivery to tracking and reporting, while exercising separate judgment and develop recommendations that translate into a course of action.
- Drive program-level meetings with stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-product area partners to manage outcomes, communicate progress, and secure decisions.
- Identify and mitigate technical and production risks to ensure successful delivery and maintain the reliability of the systems.
- Conduct technical due diligence to understand engineering scope, define milestones, and anticipate resource needs, while driving project delivery and technology reviews, applying technical judgment to tests proposals and build consensus among teams.
- Collaborate across Private Compute teams to align on dependencies and co-ordinate execution plans, identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, velocity, and simplification.
