
HR Business Partner
Job Description
What you’ll do
Independently applies experienced HR, general change management, and organizational design knowledge to deliver solutions for complex business problems
Partners, engages and coordinates the execution of HR programs including, but not limited to Merit, Talent Review, Performance Management, Employee Relations and other HR project activities
Collaborates with HR Team members to develop new or improve existing HR programs
Mentors junior HR team members, but is an individual contributor
What experience you need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner, which may include experience working in Talent Management or other HR related areas that include a high degree of collaboration, partnership, business understanding and strategic alignment
Working knowledge of compensation planning, organizational design, employee relations, employee development, performance management and general employment laws
HIghly skilled in managing competing deadlines, influencing at all levels (P3: most levels), exercising sound judgement and effectively managing conflict
Intuitively influences positively and manages conflict with approachability, tactfulness, sound judgment and discretion ability to influence others,
Ability to develop, attract and assess talent
What could set you apart
MBA or advanced degree
Experience working with in Financial Services and/or Technology industries
Experience working with Global and/or heavily matrixed organizations
Experience with Google Workspace tools
Experience with Workday
