本ポジションは、GEヘルスケアの戦略事業におけるエントリーポジションです。プリセールスからソリューション導入まで、顧客接点の最前線でプロジェクトに関わりながら、医療データの統合・分析を通じて顧客価値の創出を支援します。
単なるデータ分析職ではなく、顧客との対話を通じて課題を特定し、医療アウトカムの改善につながるソリューションを共創していく、プロダクト志向の強い役割です。
This role is an entry point into GE HealthCare’s strategic growth initiatives, providing exposure to front-line customer engagement from pre-sales activities through solution implementation. The position focuses on integrating and analyzing healthcare data to generate actionable insights and drive meaningful customer outcomes.

国内の大規模医療機関および業界パートナーに対し、データを活用したソリューションの企画・導入・改善に携わります。
具体的には:
- 顧客との対話を通じた課題特定およびソリューション設計
- データ統合および分析処理の実装(社内・外部ベンダーと連携)
- 分析アウトプットの開発および提供
- プロジェクトメンバーと連携した導入支援
- 導入後の品質担保、ドキュメント整備、運用定着支援
■ 応募要件
- システム導入・ITサポート・プロジェクト関連業務の経験(3年以上)
- データ分析、BIツール、AI/ML、SQLまたはアプリケーション開発に関する基礎知識
- AWS、Azure、OCI等のクラウド環境に関する基礎理解
- 顧客志向およびチームワークを重視する姿勢
- 出張対応が可能な方(国内)
- 高いコンプライアンス意識

Essential Responsibilities:
Scope of this position spans primarily large healthcare institutions and industry partners, supporting GE HealthCare in delivering value-driven, data-enabled solutions. Building effective customer dialogue, translating business needs into data-driven solutions, and ensuring high-quality implementation are key to success.
Essential responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Engage with customers to identify business and clinical challenges and translate them into data-driven solution designs
- Implement data integration and analytical processing (independently or with internal/external partners)
- Develop and deliver analytical outputs that support customer decision-making
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to support solution deployment
- Ensure high-quality delivery through proper documentation, quality assurance, and post-implementation sustainability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of deployed solutions based on customer feedback and operational performance
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in system implementation, IT support, or project-related work
- Foundational knowledge of data analytics, BI tools, AI/ML, SQL, or application development
- Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, etc.)
- Strong customer orientation and collaborative mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Strong compliance mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically
Desired Characteristics / Preferred Qualifications:
- Programming skills such as Python, SQL, or JavaScript
- Practical experience in data analytics or BI tools implementation
- Experience or interest in the healthcare industry
- English proficiency (reading and writing at minimum; verbal skills a plus)

- Early-career professional (including second-career graduates) with a strong interest in building and delivering products or services
