[Internship] Supply Chain Automation and AI Intern

• Conduct business case analysis and propose potential automation or digitalization use cases to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the end-to-end implementation and rollout of selected use cases, including system integration and process optimization activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and define project scope and requirements.
• Assist in the development, training, and testing of AI or automation solutions under the guidance of the project lead.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure solutions operate effectively and meet business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, user guidelines, and implementation materials for future scalability and knowledge sharing.
• Support project coordination and other related tasks assigned by the supervisor or project leader.

• Entitled as a full-time student throughout the internship period, preferably majoring in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• No prior working experience required; however, involvement in school projects, competitions, or extracurricular activities related to automation, AI, or digital transformation is an advantage
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in AI, automation, process improvement, or digitalization projects is preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset
