SECURITY SUPERVISOR

- Schedule and maintain all Security activities. Make assignments at the beginning of each shift. - Inspect all officers on shift for appearance (uniform and grooming) and equipment and correct  deficiencies when observed. - Will observe, supervise and instruct shift officers in the performance of their duties when needed. - Will brief relieving Supervisor on all incidents during the shift. - Supervise and conduct on-the-job training for all new officers assigned to the shift. - Maintain follow-up to ensure adherence to schedules and work standards.   - Ensures proper shift coverage when officers call in by contacting off duty officers to cover when needed.   - Will perform as Incident Commander under the Emergency Response Plan until relieved by higher authority. - Must...
