Database Administrator

The Database Administrator strategically implements database solutions including data schema and infrastructure. Works independently and coordinates with multiple teams to monitor, maintain, and evolve databases supporting company growth while providing direction to other DBAs.

Accountable for corporate data integrity, security, and database infrastructure performance, primarily Microsoft SQL Server with exposure to other RDBMS platforms. Handles incidents, work requests, and drives continuous improvements through automation to ensure modern, viable database systems. Assists the Database Manager/Director in establishing team policies and procedures.
