Core Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for Concur and Travel & Expense processes.
Support our transformation journey from traditional transactional processing to digital, data-driven service delivery.
Analyze spending trends, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive operational excellence.
Investigate and resolve complex employee reimbursement and payment issues.
Contribute to process automation, system enhancements, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support corporate card administration and related activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR, and other support teams.
Contribute to a positive employee experience through excellent customer service.
This position is located in Prague - Jinonice and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

The TEM Specialist is at the heart of the employee experience. You will help employees navigate Travel & Expense processes while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence. Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience within Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Customer Service, or Travel & Expense.
Experience with Concur or other expense management platforms.
Strong customer-service mindset.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What would be an advantage
Experience within a Shared Service Center environment.
Knowledge of employee expense reimbursement processes.
Experience working in an international environment.
