Job Title
To ensure the accurate collection, tracking, and maintenance of departmental data and documentation under general supervision, contributing to the efficient execution of routine processes and supporting the team in achieving strategic objectives.
Principal Responsibilities:
· Execute assigned projects, tasks, and operational processes specific to the area of specialty under direct technical guidance.
· Collect, review, track, and distribute department-specific data to support reporting, charting, and presentation materials.
· Process invoices, maintain organized department files, and assist with the administration of team collaboration platforms (such as SharePoint).
· Coordinate and correspond with internal stakeholders across the global organization to facilitate information flow and task completion.
· Collaborate with team members on cross-functional departmental projects and assist in reviewing or assigning basic tasks to junior staff when required.
What you will bring
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma.
- Experience: Typically 1+ years of experience with insurance in a similar corporate or functional role.
- Excel and microsoft office experience.
- A bachelor degree is an asset.
