Culture, growth and wellbeing underline all aspects of Publicis Global Delivery. #WeArePGD Overview The Communications Associate Manager at Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is responsible for defining, leading, and executing internal, external, engagement, and global communication strategies that support PGD's vision, business priorities, and culture across multiple regions. This role combines strategic leadership, stakeholder advisory, operational excellence, and hands-on execution to drive engagement, clarity, and impact at scale. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, is equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute, and can manage multiple priorities across time zones with autonomy and accountability. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Strategic Communications & Leadership Advisory Develop and lead internal, external, and global communication strategies aligned with PGD’s vision, values, and business objectives. Act as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders, supporting leadership narratives, change management, and organizational communications. Oversee and manage PGD’s digital presence across global channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, spanning both organic and paid media initiatives. Provide strategic oversight and final approval of communications, ensuring alignment with business priorities, brand standards, and audience relevance. Lead the end-to-end execution of internal communications, including messaging refinement, copywriting, visual asset development, quality assurance, and distribution. Stakeholder & Cross‑Regional Management Manage and coordinate cross-regional, cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effective execution. Serve as a bridge between global leadership and regional teams, contextualizing global messages to local realities. Act as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, managing communication requests end to end (briefing, content creation, forms, and distribution). Translate complex business topics into clear, engaging, and impactful messages for global and multicultural audiences. Corporate Events & Engagement Programs Oversee end-to-end event delivery: planning, logistics, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event communications. Plan, lead, and execute high-impact corporate and cultural events, including Town Halls, leadership sessions, talent attraction and employer branding activations, and community initiatives. Budget & Vendor Management Manage monthly and annual communications budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and quality delivery. Lead relationships with external vendors and media outlets, managing contracts, timelines, and deliverables. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization Lead communications projects that streamline administrative and request processes, improving efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across PGD. Establish and evolve governance models, workflows, and standards to scale and standardise communications operations globally. Manage day-to-day communications operations, including integrated content calendars (internal, external, and engagement), the internal communications intranet and knowledge hub, and approval workflows, ensuring consistent, efficient, and aligned execution. Creative Direction & Brand Management Design and oversee visual assets for communications, ensuring alignment with Publicis and PGD brand guidelines. Drive consistent and engaging storytelling across internal and external channels. Deliver high-quality creative outputs, including presentations, visual assets, and branded materials. People Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional communications team, fostering professional growth, accountability, and long-term impact. PR & Reputation Management Support public relations initiatives and corporate messaging aligned with PGD’s brand positioning. Ensure consistency and alignment across external narratives, internal expectations, media-ready messaging, and employer branding communications. Qualifications Experience Required 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, External Communications, Employer Branding, or related fields. Proven experience leading regional or global communications initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Demonstrated track record advising senior leadership and managing multi-stakeholder environments across geographies. Experience with end-to-end event execution, including corporate town halls, leadership sessions, and cultural activations. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination independently. Hands-on experience in graphic design and visual content creation for corporate communications or events. Experience in leadership roles, including guiding, mentoring, and managing junior team members, interns, or cross-functional contributors. Tools & platforms Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required; InDesign & Photoshop a plus) Presentations: Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-level presentations and storytelling) Data & Reporting: Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) Collaboration: Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) Social Media: business account management, audience targeting, and performance optimization Email Marketing: Email marketing and engagement platforms Project Management: Jira (a plus) Analytics: Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, including campaign performance tracking, engagement metrics, KPIs, trend analysis, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations Public Relations (PR): Media relations fundamentals, corporate messaging, and reputation management.
