Job Description

Amazon strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company where people can find and discover virtually anything they want to buy online. By giving customers more of what they want - low prices, vast selection, and convenience - Amazon continues to grow and evolve as a world-class e-commerce platform.

We are seeking a customer-obsessed, data-driven Product Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Amazon Gift Cards across the MEA region (primarily UAE, KSA and Egypt ). This role will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, create compelling customer value propositions, drive customer acquisition and adoption, and build marketing programs that grow the Gift Card business across both consumer (B2C) and corporate (B2B) channels.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can operate tactically — someone who can define the marketing strategy for Gift Cards while also rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize for results. You will work cross-functionally with product, business development, operations, finance, and external partners to position Amazon Gift Cards as the preferred gifting and payment solution in the MEA market.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for Amazon Gift Cards across MENA, defining target segments, value propositions, and messaging for both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Own the marketing calendar and campaign roadmap, aligning with seasonal peaks (Ramadan, Eid, back-to-school, corporate gifting) and business priorities.
• Build and implement data-driven campaigns across internal channels (Gateway, Maple, DPIC, email, push) and external partner channels; guide creative development and execute A/B testing to optimize performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and use cases (employee rewards, loyalty programs, retail distribution) and develop strategies to capture them.
• Define initiative metrics tied to business outcomes (issuance, redemption, acquisition, revenue); produce structured WBR/MBR reports with actionable insights and conduct root-cause analysis on performance shifts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BD, Operations, and external partners (distributors, retailers, B2B clients) to align marketing with business goals and develop co-marketing programs.

• Drive scalable process improvements in reporting automation, campaign workflows, and marketing operations; document best practices and create reusable playbooks across markets

A day in the life
Your day might start with reviewing performance metrics from recent Gift Card marketing campaigns, followed by collaborating with Stores Marketing team and other partner teams to identify ways to engage different customer segments. You could spend time crafting campaign approaches for an upcoming seasonal event, meeting with product teams to align on new Gift Card features, or working with external retail partners to optimize in-store visibility. You'll regularly interact with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive measurable business outcomes and contribute to the overall growth of the Gift Card category in MENA.

About the team
The Gift Cards MEA team sits within Amazon's Digital Payments organization, driving growth and adoption of Amazon Gift Cards across the Middle East and Africa. We are a lean, high-impact team covering consumer issuance, B2B corporate programs, retail distribution, marketing, and program management across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and South Africa. We work cross-functionally with product, operations, and external partners to position Amazon Gift Cards as the preferred gifting solution in the region. The Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with BD and program management to scale marketing programs across MEA region.
